Shipping Policy
Please allow our team a 24-48 hours to process your order (excluding weekends and national holidays). After your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number, which will be updated once the mail carrier has received the package and it has been processed in their system. Please note: Our processing time is separate from the shipping time (time it takes for your order to reach its destination).
Return Policy
Our return policy lasts 14 days . We accept returns on all items that are in new, unworn, and resaleable condition (with attached hang tags and original packaging). The product must be in the same condition that you received it. If it is 14 days since the delivery of your order, or the item(s) are in an un-resaleable condition, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

In the case of defective or incorrect items, we will not charge you for any shipping costs on returns. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label for any orders received with defective or incorrect items and we apologize in advance for any inconvenience.

Once a return label has been issued, the timer must be brought to USPS within 14 days of being issued the return label.
We reserve the right to refuse a return and refund for any items that have been damaged, worn, or altered in any way. If we receive a returned item that does not meet the return qualifications, we will notify you and offer to return the item to you at your expense. If you choose not to have the item returned, we will dispose of it responsibly.

Refund Policy
Order cancelations - To cancel an order recently completed, please immediately contact customer service at info@freekingbrand.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request. We pride ourselves on shipping out all orders received as soon as possible. Since these orders are most likely to ship out within 24- 48 hours of the time your order is placed, we do not refund shipping costs unless the mistake with your order is made on our end.
All refund are processed within 7-10 business days. The refund amount with be credited to your credit card or original method of payment, within that time.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you do not receive your refund within 7-10 business days, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
